The 5th edition of the symposium offers a day of lectures and workshops that will provide you with advice and guidance on a number of issues of current concern to retailers: pay equity, 2010 compensation, pandemic emergency response plans, team mobilization and various other topics.

To end the day with a bit of humour, well-known speaker and author Alain Samson will address the timely subject of workplace motivation.
