Pesticides
The proper use of pesticides is of crucial importance to retailers, as it assures them that these products do not pose a risk to their customers.
With the support of its sub-committee on pesticides, the CQCD keeps a close watch on:
- retailers' application of the Pesticide Management Code and the Regulation respecting permits and certificates for the sale and use of pesticides;
- the accessibility of training programs on pesticides for domestic use, developed for retailers by the Ministère du Développement durable, de l'Environnement et des Parcs (MDDEP).
