Jade Coulombe started her career in 2000 as a recruiter. After studying theater, she found her way in human resources and worked in business partner roles in retail for the first part of her career.
After seven years in Human Resources Management roles, she chooses to focus on the Recruitment component and specializes in talent acquisition and HR marketing. She has been a Manager, Talent for Blinds to Go since 2019.
Jade has developed a strategic outlook on recruitment thanks to her multi-industry experience having had to contribute to local and international talent acquisition strategies in call centers, video games, pharmaceuticals and automotive. She is a graduate of HEC Montreal and WSET2 certified.
