Cet espace physique qui se situe en dehors de la maison (premier lieu) et du travail (deuxi\u00e8me lieu) et qui offre un environnement o\u00f9 les gens peuvent se r\u00e9unir de mani\u00e8re informelle, \u00e9changer et d\u00e9velopper des liens communautaires repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 unique pour les commer\u00e7ants. En p\u00e9riode \u00e9conomique difficile, les gens cherchent \u00e0 la fois de la valeur et de la connexion humaine. Ainsi, un magasin qui offre un lieu de rencontre d\u00e9passe le simple \u00e9change marchand et devient un point de ralliement social.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un co\u00fbt d&#8217;acquisition client en forte hausse, la r\u00e9tention est vitale.
