The initiative then took on the more global name of Envoi Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<p>Envoi Qu\u00e9bec is an online platform developed by the Retail Council of Quebec, enabling all Quebec merchants to simplify and optimize parcel management, pricing and delivery.
