We are committed to fostering business success by shedding light on the unique opportunities presented by online retail in Canada. That is why we regularly commission in-depth studies examining the evolution of the country\u2019s online retail market and sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

This presentation draws on detailed surveys and interviews with 328 decision-makers in the mid-market e-commerce sector and 1,079 online shoppers across the country.<\/p>\n

We will demonstrate that this provides compelling evidence that the next decade of retail will not be defined by channels or categories, but rather by the speed at which brands adapt or fail to adapt to this new decision-making architecture.<\/p>\n

The presentation will be followed by a discussion moderated by M\u00e9lanie B\u00e9land with Sarah Herscheid, founder of Sign\u00e9 Sarah, to illustrate the tangible impact of artificial intelligence on the operations of a Quebec-based business.
