For more than 28 years, Hop! The Summit on retail is undoubtedly the most important retail event in Quebec. The Quebec Retail Council (CQCD) is pleased to present a brand new edition of its event focused on reviving the retail sector in Quebec. Whether you are looking for solutions or for inspiration, this edition has been completely redesigned to address the challenges and major issues of the sector in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This new formula will revolve around 3 major themes: the evolution of the business model, the workforce as well as sustainable development and the circular economy.

A 3-MONTH PROGRAM WHICH WILL REVOLVE AROUND THREE MAJOR THEMES

Hop! The Summit on retail 2021 will kick off on March 31st with 1 live conference (accessible to all)

April – May – June 2021 – 24 major conferences over 3 months (12 conferences accessible to all + 12 conferences exclusive to members)

After the launch day, 24 conferences will be offered during the months of April, May and June 2021. Each month will revolve around a theme that represents a major challenge for the sector.

April 2021: An evolving business model (8 conferences – 2 per week)
May 2021: Workforce and recruitment (8 conferences – 2 per week)
June 2021: Sustainable development and the circular economy (8 conferences – 2 per week) – RECYC-QUÉBEC, governmental partner of Hop! The Summit on retail 2021, will be the official presenter of the month of june.

HOP! 2021, A FREE VIRTUAL EVENT TO WATCH FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME

In order to adapt to the health context of COVID-19, Hop! The summit on retail 2021 will be an online-only event. Exceptionally, this edition will be free for all.

The opening conference (31st of march) will be accessible to all. Among the 24 conferences that will be broadcasted over the following 3 months (april, may, june 2021), 12 conferences will be accessible to all and 12 conferences will be exclusive to CQCD members.
