On September 17, in collaboration with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) and the City of Montreal, we invite you to join an exclusive logistics tour of Alimentation Couche-Tard’s distribution centre in Laval.
What to expect
The visit will begin with a presentation on the history of the distribution centre and its evolution over the years. The Couche-Tard team will also explain its distribution model, its unique characteristics, and the key challenges involved in supplying a large network of stores.
The presentation will be followed by a guided tour of the warehouse floor, where participants will have the opportunity to observe the various stages of the operation and interact directly with on-site specialists. Throughout the tour, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and discuss the centre’s day-to-day operations, processes, and best practices.
This tour will provide valuable insight into the logistics organization that supports one of Canada’s largest retail networks, while highlighting the strategies and operational practices that help ensure efficient, reliable distribution in a fast-paced retail environment.
Please note:
Registrations from retailers (B2C) are given priority, as the purpose of the Logistics Tour is to support and raise awareness within the retail sector. A maximum of two tickets per retailer/organization and one ticket per supplier is permitted.
The information provided during registration will be verified. The CQCD reserves the right to cancel a registration in the event of incorrect or false information (ineligible business sector, incorrect ticket type selected, etc.).
If the wrong ticket type is selected and spaces remain available in the appropriate category, the participant will be required to pay the price difference. If the correct ticket category is sold out, the registration will be refunded, less a $10 administration fee plus applicable taxes.
