On October 27, 2026, the 32nd edition of HOP! The Retail Summit will take place at the Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal. Organized by the Retail Council of Quebec (RCQ) since 1984, this summit continues to bring together industry leaders, innovators, and trendsetters. Every year, Hop! offers retailers and business partners a place to connect, network, and share their insights on the future of retail in Quebec.
With more than 1,200 participants from various backgrounds (retailers, entrepreneurs, solution providers, organization representatives, and many many more), it is the largest gathering of the industry in Quebec. Don’t miss it!
New This Year at HOP! : The AI Stage
This year, HOP! will put artificial intelligence in the spotlight with a brand-new AI Stage, featuring a series of conferences and discussions exploring the possibilities of AI and its impact on the retail industry. The program is designed to help participants better understand the trends, practical applications, and innovations that are already transforming operations, the customer journey, and customer relationships.
Participants will also have the opportunity to discover a Startup Zone, where six emerging companies will showcase innovative solutions in artificial intelligence and other areas of retail innovation.
