The Conseil québécois du commerce de détail (CQCD) invites you to its next Logistics Tour, an exclusive visit that gives retailers, managers, and supply chain professionals an inside look at logistics best practices in Quebec.

On November 12, Groupe La Vie en Rose will open the doors of its modern distribution centre, located on Viau Street in Montreal. Participants will have the opportunity to discover:

• The company’s retail and distribution operations (floor space, volumes, and operational statistics).

• Groupe LVeR’s (La Vie en Rose and Bikini Village) growth strategy and logistics challenges.

• The challenges associated with expanding into the U.S. market.

• The warehouse’s operational model.

• The receiving and cross-docking areas for seasonal deliveries.

• The unit-picking area used to replenish La Vie en Rose stores.

• The technology-driven processes used to fulfill online orders.

This immersive visit is a unique opportunity to understand how this major Quebec company optimizes its processes, innovates within its supply chain, and tackles the challenges of domestic and international shipping.
