Patrick Kilfoil is an Economic Development Commissioner for the City of Montreal. Trained in town planning and public policies, he specializes in regional economic development. In the Economic Development Department, he is responsible for delivery and urban logistics projects, as well as the planning of the economic hub of the West of Montreal. He notably contributed to the Colibri project in ecological urban delivery, to the Envoi Montréal project as well as to the development of urban logistics strategy in Montreal.
