Valérie Toupin

Valérie Toupin is a project manager at Détail Quebec. She holds a B.A.A from ESG-UQÀM and is completing an MBA in strategic project management from Université Laval. Valérie recently headed the sector diagnostic for Détail Québec, a study carried out among 3,000 retailers and workers of the industry. She also organized HR events on various themes, such as recognition at work and employer branding. Her efforts have attracted renowned speakers and hundreds of attendees. She has also carried out projects to promote careers in the tourism industry and the retail sector. Valérie actively collaborates on many projects that bring together various players in the sector’s ecosystem. Her goal: to promote and help local retailers!
