A graduate of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at HEC Montréal, Antoine Bourassa has always been driven by performance and a results-oriented mindset, regardless of the role he holds.

Having worked as a sales and innovation management consultant for a multinational IT consulting firm for two years, he developed strong skills in consulting, relationship building, and strategic client support in B2B environments. For nearly six years now, he has led Boorask Innovation, helping his clients innovate, grow, and perform.

More specifically, he helps SMEs and public organizations innovate and stand out in their industry through training in innovation management and AI, as well as strategic coaching engagements.

Rigorous, driven, and passionate, he is a whirlwind of energy on two legs — hungry for challenges and positive change in the business world.

Over the past five years, he has successfully completed more than 120 projects with SMEs and public organizations, including the Université de Montréal, CLD Rouyn-Noranda, Desjardins, IVADO, the CCQ, the City of Percé, and several school service centres. He has delivered more than 10 conferences and over 320 hours of training, and holds accreditation as a certified trainer by the Commission des Partenaires du Marché du Travail du Québec.

His mission: propel his clients toward excellence by combining innovation, business intelligence, and strategic rigor.
