Over the past 25 years, Elie Alam has worked with multiple organizations across various industries as a consultant and executive advisor, supporting their technology-enabled digital transformation journeys. Most recently, Elie has advised and led multi-year digital advancements in employee and customer experience for US and Canadian organizations, leveraging technologies such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and Generative AI.
Before joining Ascendis, Elie was part of executive teams at software companies like SAP and Workday, holding various senior customer-facing roles, and at professional services organizations such as Accenture and Deloitte, where he served as a Partner.
As a delivery and innovation leader, Elie enjoys collaborating closely with C-level stakeholders to prioritize business outcomes. He has worked globally with companies of varying sizes, including Air Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, Baker Hughes, Bombardier, Barclays Bank, Desjardins, Sony, Novo Nordisk, Toronto Stock Exchange, Sid Lee, Lune Rouge, Couche-Tard/Circle K, Saputo, and McCain.
Elie is an energetic and passionate leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated to building successful businesses and high-performing teams. Fluent in multiple languages, he has worked in diverse cultures across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Elie holds degrees in Science, Biomedical Engineering, and General Management from McGill University and the University of Montreal.
