Isabelle has been with the organization for over 12 years and is responsible for the teams that support producers in meeting their legal obligations and ensuring compliance. She takes part in various communication activities with producers and ensures that application rules and policies evolve to reflect their reality. With more than 22 years of experience managing frontline teams, Isabelle has developed a relationship-based approach focused on communication and customer satisfaction.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal and previously worked in a food manufacturing company, giving her valuable insight into the reality producers face. Recognized for her commitment, energy, and versatility, she has led various projects, including the implementation of management systems and the national coordination of a call center and training programs.
