Raphaël is a Director in LIDD’s Design and Strategy practice. Based in the firm’s Montreal office, he leads teams of analysts and engineers in the design and implementation of distribution centers and networks. He also oversees various distribution process optimization projects for LIDD’s clients.

Since joining LIDD in 2016, Raphaël has contributed to the success of numerous large-scale projects in the food & beverage, hardware, and pharmaceutical sectors. His engineering expertise and strong communication skills enable him to help clients better understand their needs.

Raphaël holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a master’s degree in Operations Research from Polytechnique Montréal. He was awarded the Lieutenant Governor’s Medal for Youth in 2015.
