Sébastien Giroux is Director of Pricing and Ecomodulation at Éco Entreprises Québec (ÉEQ). Since June 2024, he has been responsible for developing and evolving the producer fee schedule that funds Québec’s curbside recycling system.

He brings extensive experience in pricing, notably from the insurance sector, where he built strong expertise in financial modeling and risk management. With over 20 years of experience in management, finance, and governance, Sébastien has held several strategic positions and currently serves as a board member of a professional order, further enhancing his perspective on governance and collective responsibility.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) and holds the FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) professional certification.
