Mathieu Guénette, CHRP, is a coach and career counselor. For 10 years, he taught the course Psychology and Management of Difficult Personalities at HEC Montréal. This experience led him to publish the practical guide Relations difficiles au travail? (Difficult Relationships at Work?) in 2024, for which he received a professional award from the Ordre des conseillers d’orientation du Québec.

Since 2019, he has also hosted the podcast Les Ambitieux, where he explores practical books in a friendly and engaging way.
