Jacques Gascon, M. Sc., CHRP, has specialized in compensation for 20 years. As a consultant and founder of his firm, Rémunia, Jacques supports clients across all industries, with a particular focus on the retail sector.

For the past four years, he has collaborated with Détail Québec to present annual salary forecasts for the industry. Result-oriented, he approaches compensation challenges from a global perspective, with a constant focus on resources and pay equity. Regardless of the mandate, he provides pragmatic solutions based on the latest trends and best practices.

Jacques is also a lecturer in compensation management at UQAM’s School of Management (ESG).
