Manuel Champagne has served as General Manager of Détail Québec, the sectoral workforce committee for the retail industry, since 2018. Leading an organization that supports over 22,000 establishments, Manuel works closely with employer and union partners to highlight workforce challenges and provide retailers with solutions tailored to their evolving staffing needs.

A member of the Order of CHRPs, he has over 20 years of experience in management and human resources. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the creation of numerous training programs, management tools, salary surveys, and sectoral studies.

Holding a Master’s degree in HR Management from HEC Montréal, he is particularly passionate about talent attraction, engagement, training, and inclusion.
