Mario Côté is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a certified trainer with extensive experience in team management. He has served as a professional, manager, administrator, and consultant across the public, community, and private sectors. In 2024, he was awarded the Fellow Distinction (FCHRP), the highest honor bestowed by the Ordre des CRHA and CHRP Canada to a human resources professional in the country.

A Bachelor of Science graduate from McGill University, he also holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from HEC Montréal and a Master’s in Public Administration from ÉNAP. His expertise focuses on the relational and emotional dynamics of teamwork within contexts of innovation, collaboration, transformation, and performance. Over the past 20 years, he has contributed to the professional development of more than 120,000 people internationally.
