With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from HEC Montréal, Julie has over 20 years of experience in human resources management and organizational development.

She has held several HR leadership positions within various organizations and also serves as a consultant for companies in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.

Her areas of expertise include HR planning, staffing, compensation and benefits, organizational development, coaching, skills development, and occupational health and safety.
