The President and CEO of the Retail Council of Quebec (RCQ), Mr. Damien Silès, in collaboration with TD Bank, is pleased to invite you to an exclusive meeting with Mr. Samuel Poulin, Minister for the Economy and Small and Medium Enterprises.

• Implementation of laws 29 (planned obsolescence) and 85 (opening hours);
