Holding a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Francis has been working in organizational development since 2018. He has led a wide range of mandates in diagnostics, training, change management, mediation, coaching, and team building—always with a steadfast focus on achieving client objectives.

He has designed and facilitated numerous training programs, notably at the University of Sherbrooke (MBA, MGI, Medicine, Psychology) and ÉTS. A highly regarded speaker for Les Affaires, he addresses topics such as leadership, mental health, and interpersonal skills.
