A seasoned entrepreneur and communication strategist, Élisabeth Abbatiello plays a central role in the remarkable growth of Groupe Abbatiello. Since relaunching Pizza Salvatoré with her siblings in 2018, she has helped position the company as a leader in the Canadian restaurant industry, with over 130 locations, around fifty commercial properties, and a brand portfolio that includes Pizza Salvatoré, Topla!, Jack le Coq, and Crèmerie chez Marie.

The group also oversees subsidiaries such as Blitz Franchise and the real estate platform Ubee, strengthening its presence across multiple sectors.

Élisabeth leads a bold digital strategy that generates over 60 million organic impressions per month through web series, podcasts, and viral campaigns. A recognized speaker and columnist, she is also deeply committed to social causes, notably through the Centre de pédiatrie sociale de Québec and the group’s philanthropic initiatives, which give back more than half a million dollars annually to local communities.
