A lawyer by training, William Hupke joined Centraide of Greater Montreal in 2019. With his strong background in business development and experience in the software solutions sector, he quickly distinguished himself through his strategic vision, rigor, and ability to build bridges between the business community and the broader society.

After leading the Professional Firms and Financial Services divisions, he was promoted to Assistant Director in 2022, then to Senior Director of the Annual Campaign in 2024. In this role, he demonstrates inspiring leadership, driving a vast philanthropic mobilization each year that brings together hundreds of companies and thousands of volunteers.

Under his direction, his team coordinates more than 600 workplace campaigns and corporate partnerships annually, with clear objectives: to strengthen engagement, enhance the partner experience, and build lasting connections between donors and Centraide’s mission.
