She is recognized for her expertise in performance management, labor relations, change management, and organizational development, as well as the implementation of HR practices tailored to operational realities.

Since joining Bédard Resources in 2021, she has supported organizations across various sectors, including manufacturing, services, transportation and logistics, non-profits, and municipalities.
