Nicole joined Alibaba, the Tmall Global in 2018, and has since worked as a BD manager for the Americas region, and category manager for the Tmall Overseas Fulfilment team. Nicole has extensive work experience in both FMCG and luxury retail, and is now focusing on helping Canadian brands and partners tapping into China through Cross-Border Ecommerce.

Topic: Alibaba‘s oversea business strategy & how Alibaba contributes to local communities to help during coronavirus epidemic(COVID-19). As the coronavirus epidemic is widely spreading globally, many SMEs have to be shut down to get through the tough time. Rachel is going to share what innovations Alibaba has done overseas during the epidemic to help local business.

Gloria joined Alibaba in 2012, and has since worked as Senior operation manager for Cainiao Logistics and Merchants Business Development, and Senior Business intelligence manager for Tmall. Gloria has a great working experience on internet marketing and operation in China, also have a profound knowledge on Canada loaca market, and now is helping local brands through Alipay Canada to serve chinese consumers.
