After 18 years in operational leadership roles across both industry and logistics services, Christophe returned to consulting in 2023 to lead the Canadian subsidiary of JIT Consultants.

His diverse experience enables him to lead or execute a wide range of operational projects until the subsidiary’s growth objectives are achieved — particularly in logistics engineering (design, start-up or transfer planning, project management, process improvement), associated information systems engineering (specifications, selection, implementation management, user support), as well as project management and operational procurement.
